Notes:
Hannah's go at a cider. Using a Brigalow cider kit, sugar, and a large bottle of apple juice. Tasted a little strange after 2 weeks fermentation, but at bottling it was very pleasant. Incredibly bright at bottling too. This has turned into a bright, pale, and incredibly dry cider. Very pleasant to drink even just 2 weeks after bottling. Will certainly be making again, potentially with a small amount of artificial sweetener at bottling.

900g Brigalow Apple Cider liquid tin
500g Dextrose

23 g Splenda
Brewing Time:
3 weeks primary fermentation
Temperatures:
Yeast pitched at 27 C
Primary fermentation 12 - 27 C - relatively cold
Approximate ABV:
5%
Notes:
Repeat of the first successful cider. This time adding some Splenda artificial sweetener so it is a bit less dry. Also swapped some dextrose for more apple juice. Still very bright at bottling. Bulk primed with 140 g sugar to give medium/high carbonation. Certainly sweeter than its predecessor. Some like it this way, others do not! A good brew either way.
